The Kilburn was born a bit by chance: from a project, a dream, a madness, a vision of the future for Ennio, a graphic designer and photographer, who went to London to learn English and in time entered the world of mixology. Initially, Ennio's training starts at Queen's Park, where he learns the basics of the cocktail world; so much so that he develops a passion for spirits. Subsequently, he had the opportunity to obtain the position of Supervisor in an Irish pub, in Kilburn, which presented a selection of House Cocktails, which further fuelled his desire to learn everything about mixing methods, spirits and liqueurs. Frequenting, meanwhile, the great London cocktail bars, he began to taste and discover high quality spirits, which pushed him to get involved and show his creativity within a project of his own, dedicated precisely to his bizarre London background.
BIRTH
And so, Kilburn was born, a name dedicated to the last place he lived and worked in London, which for better or worse drove him to start this project. To date, the Kilburn boasts a K-Style bottle library with 200 labels (for now) of spirits and liqueurs, only of the highest and highest level with Platinum Gin, Luxury Vodka, Limited Edition Rums & Whisky to guarantee a unique and exciting taste experience. The Kilburn loves to discover and invent cocktails that can tell something to those who taste them, with the detailed study of every single ingredient, thus creating a true sensory journey.
