The dream comes true
Kilburn was born somewhat by chance: from a project, a dream, a madness, a vision for the future of Ennio, a graphic designer and photographer, who went to London to learn English and over time became immersed in the world of mixology. Ennio's initial training began at Queen's Park, where he learned the basics of cocktail making, so much so that it sparked a passion for spirits. Subsequently, he landed a supervisory position at an Irish pub in Kilburn, which featured a selection of house cocktails, further fueling his desire to learn all about mixology, spirits, and liqueurs. Meanwhile, frequenting London's great cocktail bars, he began to taste and discover high-quality spirits, which inspired him to challenge himself and showcase his creativity in a project all his own, dedicated precisely to his unusual London background.
THE BIRTH
And so Kilburn was born, named after his last place where he lived and worked in London, which, for better or worse, inspired him to bring this project to life. Today, Kilburn boasts a K•Style bottle collection with 200 labels (for now) of liqueurs and spirits, exclusively of the highest quality, including Platinum Gin, Luxury Vodka, and Limited Edition Rum & Whisky, to guarantee a unique and exciting taste experience. Kilburn loves discovering and inventing cocktails that can tell a story to those who taste them, with detailed study of each individual ingredient, thus creating a true sensory journey.
